DO I NEED SENSORS ON MY CLUBS?
No. Arccos Air tracks your game automatically without any sensors on your clubs. Every shot is detected by the wearable. Just play. You get full access to Strokes Gained, AI Strategy, Green Maps, and scoring insights. For the deepest club-level insights, you can add Smart Sensors at any time — but they're completely optional.
DO I NEED TO CARRY MY PHONE?
No! That's one of the biggest differences with Arccos Air. The wearable replaces the need for your phone or an Apple Watch on the course. Slip the AI wearable in your pocket, or clip it on your belt, and play. Your shot data syncs to the app after your round or whenever you're back in range.
DOES THIS WORK WITH ANDROID?
At launch, sensorless tracking with Arccos Air requires an iPhone. Android support is coming. In the meantime, Android users can pair Arccos Air with Smart Sensors for full game tracking.

How does club identification work without sensors?
Every insight Arccos provides — including Strokes Gained analytics, scoring breakdowns, and personalized recommendations on where to improve — is available without attaching sensors to your golf clubs.
For deeper club-level data, you have several options. AI-assisted tagging can infer which club you used based on shot distance, manual tagging allows you to enter club information yourself, and Smart Sensors can automatically track every club in your bag. All three options are completely optional and never required to get the full Arccos golf tracking experience.
How is Arccos Air different from Arccos Smart Sensors?
Both Arccos Air and Arccos Smart Sensors provide access to the same Arccos golf game tracking features and performance insights. The key difference is how your shots are tracked.
Arccos Air is a single wearable golf tracker that replaces the need for your phone, Apple Watch, or sensors attached to your clubs. Smart Sensors attach to each club and require you to carry your phone or use an Apple Watch during the round, but they automatically identify which club you hit on every shot.
You can also use Arccos Air together with Smart Sensors for a fully automatic, phone-free shot tracking experience.
