What is the Arccos-EA SPORTS Special Offer?

 Purchasers of the EA SPORTS™ PGA TOUR™ video game will receive the opportunity to access a Special Offer valued at $75.00. This includes a free set of 14 Arccos smart sensors ($14.99 S&H fee applies) and a free 45-day trial membership to the award-winning Arccos app. At the conclusion of the free trial period, participants will be charged the Arccos membership fee of $12.99/month (billed annually at $155.88) for their first year. Participants who cancel their Arccos membership any time prior to expiration of their 45-day free trial will not be billed.

Who is eligible to access the Arccos-EA SPORTS Special Offer?

The Arccos-EA SPORTS Special Offer is available to purchasers of the EA SPORTS PGA TOUR video game that scan the dedicated Arccos QR code on the in-game tile, with the exception of purchasers who are current or past Arccos members or have previously commenced and/or canceled an Arccos trial membership, who are ineligible to access the Arccos-EA SPORTS Special Offer.

Arccos smart sensors ordered via the Special Offer are not for resale, and Arccos reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel orders it deems in violation of this policy. In such cases the S&H fee will be refunded provided the smart sensors have not already been shipped.

When does my Arccos trial membership commence?

Your 45-day free trial membership starts at the time you order your free set of Arccos smart sensors.

 

How can I cancel my Arccos membership?

To cancel your membership, please email starter@arccosgolf.com or call 844-692-7226. For more information, you may also navigate to the Settings page in Arccos Caddie app and click “Manage Subscription” to view your subscription status.

 

How long will it take for my Arccos products to arrive?

Shipping times may vary, but products typically arrive within 5 days of your order. Deliveries to Canada will take longer. Tracking information will be provided via an automated confirmation e-mail following checkout.

 

 

Once my Arccos Smart Sensors arrive, how do I pair them? 

iPhone:

1. Download Arccos from the App Store
2. Log in with account credentials you created on the activation website
3. Once logged into the Arccos app, navigate through the Pairing Tips & Tricks, follow the prompts, and begin pairing

Android:

1. Download the Arccos app from the Google Play Store
2. Login with the account credentials you created on the activation website
3. Once logged into the Arccos app, navigate through the Pairing Tips & Tricks, follow the prompts, and begin pairing

What is the Arccos-EA SPORTS Special Offer returns policy?

Golfers who activate an Arccos membership through the Arccos-EA SPORTS Special Offer will not be billed a membership fee if they cancel prior to the conclusion of the 45-day free trial period.
